FairmontConnections.Com is about community improvement. We have special programs available for civic groups, churches, clubs and other Non-Profit organizations.
First we encourage you to use the Community Events Calendar to list all of your events! We are also willing to assist you in the promotion of you’re events at no charge to you.
Simply use the contact form above to contact us. We look forward to helping you in any way possible. If your group does not have a website, we will promote your activities and club information at no cost to you or your organization.

Events Calendar
- INSTRUCTIONS - TO ENTER AN EVENT: Click on the number of the date you wish to post the event for. Then simply complete the entry. If you wish to upload a picture or icon you'll be given that option after you've clicked the submit button. To change months click on the << or >> at the top of the Calendar. If your event is a recurring one, such as Bingo every Wednesday, you may enter the event once and choose the On a weekly basis option. Your event will appear on Wednesday of every week. Other reoccurring options are available as well. TO EDIT AN EVENT: If you need to change information after an event has been posted please contact us for assistance. Your event will not show up immediately after being posted. It has to be approved to prevent inappropriate events from being posted. |

The
Scrap-A-Lattes Scrapbooing group is open to anyone in who is interested
in learning, sharing the hobby and learning new techniques.
If you are new to scrapbooking - Let me tell you a little bit about what we do - •Each month a "crop" is scheduled. This is the scrapbooker term for a meeting, party, shindig, event etc... Our members gather in one location and haul all of the scrapbooking paraphernalia we can fit into our cars or sometimes two cars. We meet at the Eldora United Methodist Church on Sapps Run Rd to share our love of scrapbooking. (Normally is is the third Saturday of the month but we do have to change dates occassionally to work around church functions.) •We have a theme each month and have a potluck meal that goes along with it so that you don't have to eat out - unless you want to. That way we don't have to leave the building if we don't want to! •The crops are VERY informal so don't feel pressured and the only rules that we have are that you come prepared to have fun! If you're new to the whole thing and are still on the fence about attending let me try to bribe you - a door prize will be given out a each crop! •If you are brand new to the hobby, don't worry about not having scrapbook tools or the supplies to get started! We gladly share and help you figure out what you need to get you started in this wonderful hobby! •We occassionally have fun contests and play games.Our group is also very active - we sometimes take scrapbooking roadtrips to shop at stores in other areas (like Pittsburgh), we also go on full weekend retreats which are so much fun they should be ILLEGAL!!! •It's not expensive to participate in our group we just ask for a donation which is given to the church for the use of their beautiful NEW facility. It is worth every penny to spend a day laughing with this group of rowdy scrappers. You don't want to miss out on the fun!
